Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. I understand emergencies come up. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you will be able to do so anytime up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel anywhere from 24-48 hours you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and your deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel anytime before 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will not be allowed to reschedule until the fee is paid. If you no call no show you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and must pay a 100% deposit if rebooking.
